As an Administrator your key duties and responsibilities will include:
Accurately enter customer orders into the company system, ensuring all specifications, quantities, and delivery dates are correctly captured.
Communicate professionally with customers via phone and email to confirm order details, provide timely updates, and address inquiries.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are prioritized and completed within agreed timeframes.
Generate and distribute all required documentation such as invoices, delivery notes, and export forms when necessary.
Verify that all outgoing orders meet customer requirements and adhere to internal quality standards prior to dispatch.
Keep system records current and ensure all data is managed in line with data protection policies and regulations.
