Job Description - Administrator

An exciting opportunity has opened up for an Administrator to join a high-profile, fast-moving business operating at the top end of the construction and high-voltage infrastructure sector.

This is more than just admin — it’s about being at the forefront of projects, keeping communication flowing, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork in a fast paced environment.

As the main point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and the internal team, you’ll be the glue that holds everything together — a calm presence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities as an Administrator:

Managing all incoming and outgoing emails and calls
Planning and scheduling works, subcontractors, and site coordination
Acting as the front-facing voice of the business to clients and stakeholders
Keeping documentation, project updates, and admin tasks tight and timely
Owning your workload
Staying agile, spinning multiple plates.

You’ll need to be:

Proactive and organised
Comfortable dealing with demanding stakeholders and industry professionals
Able to multitask across multiple projects with minimal hand-holding
A natural communicator who thrives under pressure
