Job Description - Administrator

Are you a proactive, people-focused Administrator ready to become the beating heart of a growing, close-knit team based in Nottingham? This is a hands-on, dynamic role where your impact will be felt across the entire business. Your curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn will open doors to growth across multiple departments.

BASIC SALARY: up to £28,000

JOB DESCRIPTION: Administrator, Office Administrator

As our Office Administrator, you'll be the go-to person in the office - ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting the team where needed, and keeping everything ticking behind the scenes. You'll thrive in a varied environment, jumping in with confidence and energy wherever you're needed most and being pro-active in asking which department needs you and why!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Administrator, Office Administrator

As our Administrator, you will be:
· Administering materials testing for legal compliance purposes; to include completing sample submission paperwork, tracking testing progress and recording test results.
· Liaising with colleagues or suppliers to obtain documentation for product technical files; to include physical assessment and measurement of product.
· Supporting data collection and entry for packaging compliance processes.
· Working with Proprietary and Bespoke software and systems to complete data entry.
· Placing daily, weekly and ad-hoc orders with a range of suppliers.
· Managing deliveries of materials to factories by working closely with our hauliers.
· Liaising regularly with our factories to confirm material statuses.
· Working closely with our factory planning team to confirm materials for production and ensure the 'right place, right time' is achieved for all production.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: Administrator, Office Administrator

Whilst previous office or administration experience is desirable, what's most important is your attitude and adaptability, we want you to be vocal and pro-active in offering help and have a "roll up your sleeves" attitude with the desire to help wherever you can!

It goes without saying that you'll be highly organised, with an eye for detail and accuracy. You'll also need to be confident communicating at all levels, from customers to suppliers to senior team members, and you'll also:
· have the ability to follow SOP's.
· be a 'whiz'z with Microsoft Excel and Acccess.
· have exposure to Googlesheets and Sharepoint.
