Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage and maintain efficient office systems and processes to support the smooth running of the office.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting enquiries as necessary.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Maintain filing systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and edit documents like emails, reports, and presentations.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of data.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an administrator or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
