Job Description - Administrator

Administrator - Property/Social Housing Sector

Are you an organized and customer-focused Administrator with experience in property or social housing? We have a fantastic permanent, full-time opportunity for you to join a growing team in Basildon!

What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: Up to £26,500 per annum.
  • Office-Based Role: Work Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, at our Basildon office.
  • Generous Leave: Annual holiday allowance, increasing with service up to 5 additional days.
The Role:

You'll be a key part of our dynamic team in a call center environment, providing essential support to the operational teams. Your mission will be to deliver an exceptional service experience to residents and property managers. We're looking for someone who is proactive, diligent, and always willing to go the extra mile to resolve queries.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Answering inbound calls from residents regarding repair works and effectively resolving their queries.
  • Utilizing company systems to accurately process orders for client invoicing.
  • Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date records of all interactions with residents on our system.
  • Processing reports from supervisors or trades to determine the necessary actions for repair resolution.
  • Resolving minor complaints efficiently at the initial call level.

  • Essential Experience: Previous experience in the property or social housing sector.
  • Excellent Telephone Manner: Professional, clear, and empathetic communication.
  • Customer Service Focus: A genuine commitment to providing outstanding support.
  • Strong Communication & Prioritization Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Capability to identify issues and propose effective solutions to meet customer needs.
