About the Role

Are you a highly organised and customer-focused administrator looking to thrive in a fast-paced environment? Join our Castleford-based team at PTSG Electrical Services, where you’ll play a key role in supporting our operations and delivering excellent service to both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Operational Director, planners, and field-based engineers.


• Send post-job documentation and updates to customers.


• Assist the scheduling team with job packs and site information.


• Accurately input and maintain data in internal systems.


• Organise vehicle servicing and maintain compliance records.


• Manage electronic and paper filing systems to ensure accessibility and audit readiness.


• Support wider team operations as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally supporting field-based teams.


• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.


• Excellent communication and organisational skills.


• High attention to detail and a proactive approach.


• A professional, customer-first attitude and a collaborative mindset.
