Administrator (Temp to Perm) – Remote working Overview We’re recruiting for an independent, not-for-profit certification and assurance organisation that safeguards the integrity of a global audit standard within the leather supply chain. The team coordinates audits, manages certification workflows, and ensures decisions are supported by robust, impartial processes grounded in recognised certification principles. This is a fast-paced, detail-heavy admin role where strong Excel skills and accurate processing are essential. Temporary contract (minimum 3 months) with strong potential to extend and/or become permanent for the right person Salary: up to £27,000 (salary equivalent; dependent on experience) Location: UK-based. Can be based anywhere, but preference for Norfolk and the Northampton area Start: Immediate / ASAP Administrator - Key Responsibilities * Support the end-to-end audit administration process: bookings, scheduling, confirmations, and coordination with multiple stakeholders * Maintain accurate trackers and reporting in Excel (e.g., status logs, timelines, data checks, exception lists) * Manage documentation control: ensure files are complete, correctly named, versioned, and stored in line with process requirements * Collect and chase required information, ensuring submissions are complete and ready for review (high attention to detail) * Update internal systems/CRM (ideally HubSpot) with notes, tasks, and progress updates * Handle queries professionally and promptly, escalating issues appropriately * Support continuous improvement by spotting gaps, flagging risks, and suggesting process tweaks in a controlled, compliant way What We’re Looking For * Immediately available (or very short notice) * Advanced Excel skills (comfortable with filters, lookups, pivots, conditional formatting, data cleaning, working at speed with accuracy) * Exceptional attention to detail while working to deadlines in a high-volume environment * Strong written and verbal communication (confident chasing, confirming, and clarifying) * Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities without dropping standards Desirable * HubSpot experience * Experience in any of: audit coordination, certification admin, compliance admin, operations support, client services admin, or document control * Ideally Italian speaking Progression Opportunity For the right person, this role can morph into a longer-term position, potentially developing into client relations, data administration, office management, or document control, depending on strengths and business needs Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
