Job Description - Administrator

Administrator - Property support

East London 

Company Information

Our client is a successful and growing property company who are really looking forward to new and exciting plans in 2023.

They work with a huge network of external clients who require high volume transactions and appointments to be careful and accurately documented onto spreadsheets and databases.

This is a great position for a calm, organised person to run multiple administrative tasks revolving around property maintenance and support.

You are likely to have come from a property background and understand the issues arising in construction projects, repairs, upgrades etc.

Confident in working with builders, tradespeople, and landlords

This is not an estate agents job but you will understand the sales and lettings industry.

Good experience with Spread Sheets such as Excel required


Requirements

  • Administering a large database of client requirements for property related tasks
  • Calling clients and trade workers to arrange maintenance and support requirements
  • Organising timed visits and appointments
  • Coordinating all people required for the relevant jobs
  • Updating Excel spreadsheets for live and open jobs
  • Completion certification paperwork post works
  • Chasing up relevant people in the supply chain
  • Daily administration
  • Filing online reports and statements of work
  • Maintaining compliance issues relating to construction works
  • Reviewing and renewing EPC's and arranging for remedial works to be done
  • Good experience of Excel Spreadsheets​
