What's involved for the Administrator…
Provide comprehensive administrative support across the business and management team. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain office records, filing systems and company documentation. Support the Service Department through invoice processing and administration. Provide cover for service desk activities when required, including logging service requests and allocating engineer call-outs. Assist with the administration and processing of project variations. Maintain accurate records of variation requests and supporting documentation. Support departments across the business as required. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and quality standards.What you'll need…
Previous experience within an Office Administration, Service Administration, Customer Service or Coordination role. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively. Professional telephone manner and customer-focused approach.Benefits for the Administrator…
