What You'll Be Doing
β Providing comprehensive administrative support to the wider team
β Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations and business documentation
β Managing electronic filing systems and maintaining accurate records
β Handling client enquiries and communications professionally and efficiently
β Coordinating diaries, scheduling meetings and managing calendars
β Supporting document management, compliance processes and internal administration
β Assisting with invoicing, billing and general office administration
β Liaising confidently with clients, suppliers and internal departments
β Managing multiple priorities while ensuring deadlines are consistently met
β Providing additional administrative support across the business as required
What We're Looking For
π‘ Previous experience within an Administration, Office Support, Business Support or Customer Service role
π‘ Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
π‘ Strong written and verbal communication skills
π‘ Ability to prioritise a busy workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
π‘ Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel
π‘ A proactive, positive and professional approach to work
π‘ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
π‘ Experience within a professional services environment would be advantageous but is not essential
