Practice Administrator

Hourly Rate: £13.00 - £13.25
Location: Huntingdon (with one day per week in St Neots and at least one day per month in Bedford)
Job Type: Full-time, office based Reed are delighted to be working with a nationally recognised accountants, a busy firm dedicated to delivering exceptional accounting, tax and financial services. They are seeking a Practice Administrator to support their Senior Administrator and enhance their client service delivery in Huntingdon. This role could also be worked on a part time basis 9.00am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday.

Day-to-day of the role:

Engage in daily practice operations and new client onboarding to ensure a smooth workflow.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes team collaboration.
Assist in client relationship management and service delivery, including front of house duties.
Deliver new business proposals using class-leading accounting software.Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven administrative experience within an accounting or professional services environment.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Prior experience in a busy practice setting is preferred but not essential.
Ability to handle multiple priorities with professionalism.Benefits:
