Administrator – Immediate Start Available
Resolve Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our client’s busy office in Keynsham (BS31). This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and reliable individual looking for an immediate start with the possibility of the assignment being extended.
The Role
As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the office. Your responsibilities will include:
– Accurate data entry
– Managing incoming emails and telephone enquiries
– General administrative and office support
– Using Microsoft Office and Outlook daily
– Maintaining accurate records and documentation
– Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
The successful candidate will have:
– Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
– Strong data entry and organisational skills
– Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– The ability to work accurately in a fast-paced office environment
– A professional and reliable approach to work
What’s on Offer
– £15.53 per hour, including holiday pay
– Monday to Friday working hours – no weekends
– Immediate start available
– 6-week temporary assignment with the potential to be extended
