Administrator

RECfinancial are recruiting for a confidential Employability Administrator position based in South Wigston. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, supporting community‑focused initiatives, and providing high‑quality administrative and organisational support.

This role is offered on a Fixed Term Contract until March 2027, with part‑time hours and regular travel across the Leicester area. The successful candidate must be able to drive and have access to their own vehicle.

Key Highlights

Supporting workshops, sessions and outreach activity
Creating and formatting resources using Microsoft Office & Canva
Managing small caseloads and maintaining accurate records
Tracking progress, updating databases, and producing basic charts/graphs
Attending community events and engaging with local groups
Ordering stationery/merchandise and general admin duties
Full UK driving licence requiredAbout You

Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
Excellent IT capability, including Microsoft Office and Canva
Highly organised with strong time‑management skills
Confident engaging with people at all levels
Able to maintain accurate recording systems and documentation
Immediately available or on a very short notice period
