Experience working in an administrative and customer focused role, supporting and communicating with a wide range of people. An understanding of recruitment practices would be ideal, but isn't essential.
Good organisational skills, able to manage priorities, meet deadlines and maintain accurate records in a fast paced environment.
Confident communicator with good verbal and written skills, able to respond professionally to queries and escalate when appropriate. Comfortable phoning candidates to maximise attendance at interview.
