Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are currently working with a highly successful independent financial company in Leeds City Centre. You will be working in an open plan, modernised office with a focused, proactive team. The company are committed to providing a welcoming, friendly, and collaborative workplace.

Our client is looking for a reconciliation administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. If you are looking for a new role, with a company who invest in their staff with training and development, with the opportunity to progress your career, then we want to hear from you!

This role is not client facing; you will be working with other departments and colleagues on a daily basis. The main responsibilities are listed below, however, once you are settled into the role, there will be the opportunity to take on more responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Check records against multiple systems.
  • Raise any discrepancies with the relevant teams and monitor resolution.
  • Accurately carry out daily reconciliation of accounts, ensuring any risks are raised.
  • Assist the team with remaining compliant with company and regulatory standards.
  • Identify any potential breaches and follow company procedures.
  • Create a range of reports and checks.
  • Support the team with preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to meet deadlines.

Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required:

  • Confident with Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong numeracy skills.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Consistent administrative skills.
  • Flexible with IT systems.
  • Adaptable communication styles.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Salary: £23,500 - £26,000

Location: Leeds City Centre
