About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to support the Brokerage Team (SEND). If you are looking for a challenge and would like to be part of a dynamic, friendly team while expanding on your existing skills, we would like to hear from you. This is a part-time position (12 hours per week), ideally 6 hours on Thursday and Friday, but this can be negotiated for the right candidate.
What You Would Be Doing:
The post holder will support the commissioning of education placements and work alongside colleagues in Children's Services, including SEND, Inclusion, Virtual School, Brokerage, and Commissioning.
Reporting to a Team Leader, you will need to be motivated and flexible in your approach to work, confident in using your own initiative, and able to prioritise and manage a demanding workload to tight deadlines. The role requires embracing new digital ways of working and collaborating with a range of colleagues within a hybrid working model.
