Job Description

We are recruiting for a full-time Administrator to join our HE department.
What we are looking for:
Experience of working in a busy office environment
Experience working with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail, using your own initiative
Excellent customer service skills and teamwork
Experienced and very confident using the Microsoft Office suite
Duties/responsibilities:
Administering processes for all students taking as part of their study programmes
Recording prior achievements accurately, timetabling, monitoring and tracking, chasing of

reviews/registers/achievements
Attend and take minutes of meetings, along with other typical administrative tasks

We are graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted following our latest inspection in January 2023. Inspectors rated us as Good in all 8 aspects. The report recognises that students “enjoy their courses and are motivated to succeed” and benefit from “highly supportive relationships” with staff.
