Interaction Recruitment are seeking an Office Administrator for our client based in Oldbury. Duties Include: Oversee the day to day functioning of the office, ensuring that administrative process run smoothtly. Providing support to colleagues , including handling correspondence , preparing documents and scheduling meetings. Managing communication channels , such as phone calls and emails. Manage fata entry and other record keeping tasks. Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receiveable. Coordinate with building managment for office maintenance and repairs. Ensure a safe and clean work envinroment. Support the recruitment , onboarding and training of new staff members. Working Hours: Monday to Friday. 08.30 to 16.30.
