RSW are looking to recruit an Administrator for their client based in Bridgend on a temporary basis. The position is an immediate start Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support . If you have excellent organisational skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone calls within the team
- Carry out clerical duties such as filing, typing, and copying documents
- Organise and maintain physical and digital files
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed Requirements:
- Proficient in computerised systems for data entry and office tasks
- Familiarity with Microsoft packages
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
