Administrator - Chelmsford (temporary)

Job Title: Temporary Administrator
Location: Chelmsford, Essex, CM8 3UT
Duration: Minimum 2 months (potentially longer but not guaranteed)  
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £27,000–£28,000 per annum

This is a varied administration role where you will provide essential support to the team, coordinators and engineers.
You will be responsible for handling calls, processing invoices and ensuring jobs are accurately loaded onto the internal system.
The successful candidate will have previous administration experience, be organised and confident communicating with both customers and colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include:
Answering and handling incoming telephone calls
Providing administrative support to service coordinators
Processing and raising invoices
Loading jobs onto the internal system for engineers
Keeping systems and records accurate and up to date
Supporting the wider team with general administration duties
Communicating effectively with engineers, coordinators and customers where required
Experience you will need:
Previous administration experience
Good telephone and communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
A reliable and proactive approach to work
Your Package:
Basic Salary: £27,000–£28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (1-hour lunch)
Benefits: Temporary position for a minimum of 2 months; immediate start available
