We are seeking a proactive Administrator to support a major highways infrastructure project.

This role will provide essential administrative support to operational teams, ensuring accurate processing of timesheets, project documentation, and communication across the project.

Key Responsibilities

Process staff, plant, and fleet timesheets

Support communication between project teams and stakeholders

*

Monitor shared email inboxes and manage delivery records

*

Maintain project documentation and records

*

Assist with action tracking and reporting systems

*

Provide general administrative support to operational teams

Requirements

*

Previous administration experience

*

Strong organisational and communication skills

*

Good attention to detail

*

Competent IT skills

*

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Desirable

*

Construction, highways, or infrastructure sector experience

*

Knowledge of Procore, Causeway, or similar systems
