The Administrator will support the company technology function running smoothly day to day, covering administration and departmental operations. The Administrator will be highly organised and proactive and wanting to build a broader understanding of technology delivery. Key responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to the Technology leadership team, including diary and meeting coordination.
· Maintain departmental records, documentation, operational trackers, and process documentation.
· Maintain records of supplier contracts, support agreements and renewal schedules, flagging key renewal dates in good time.
· Assist with hardware ordering, software licensing, and asset management, and support operational processes across infrastructure, applications, cyber security, and service management.
· Help co-ordinate internal technology communications and awareness activities.
· Coordinate UK and international travel: flights, rail, hotels, visas, and itineraries, optimising cost where possible and providing support during disruption.
· Maintain travel records and assist with expense administration.
· Raise purchase orders and track them through approval, invoicing, and payment.
· Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials. Ensure reporting deadlines are met.
Essential skills and attributes:
· Experience in an administrative, coordinator, or team support role.
· Excellent organisational and planning skills, with strong attention to detail.
· Budget administration or supplier and contract management experience.
· Travel and event coordination skills.
· Interest in technology, innovation, or business transformation.
· Strong written and verbal communication.
· Sound financial administration and record-keeping.
· Confident with Microsoft 365 (Copilot, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
· Comfortable taking ownership, working independently, and dealing with a wide range of stakeholders.
· A full UK driving licence is essential.
· You must be able to pass a credit check and a DBS check.
