Job Description - Administrator Receptionist

A growing manufacturing business is looking for a highly organised Administrator to join its sales team in Prenton on a 12 week temporary to permanent basis.

Along with a salary of £12.93 per hour, you will also receive a range of benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, an employee discount scheme, life assurance, a health plan and a pension scheme.

As Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

· Recording all relevant sales and technical information on the company’s operating systems.

· Managing orders & customers’ expectations within agreed time scales, ensuring all essential details are tracked.

· Communicating politely with customers by email, letter, face-to-face, and telephone, ensuring opportunities to improve their experience are reviewed and adopted.

We’re looking for an Administrator with:

· Someone who is extremely organised with strong attention to detail.

· Competent level in use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, as a minimum), as well as knowledge of databases and tools.

· A great phone manner with the ability to speak with clients and customers in a relaxed and helpful manner.

You will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, in between the hours of 08:00-16:00, with a 30 minute lunch break
