£25,000 - £30,000 (DOE) +22 days holiday + Bank Holidays + Increased holiday with length of service (up to 25 days) + Pension +Training & development + progression

Monday - Friday

Swindon, commutable from Cirencester, Oxford, Chippenham, Calne and surrounding areas

Are you looking to work for an industry leader in a close-knit team supporting Sales, Customer Service & production / manufacturing teams in a busy Engineering company whilst receiving ongoing training, development & longer term progression?

This fantastic company are a bespoke provider of highly engineered parts and components. Due to a very full order book & continued growth they are now looking to add an Administrator in to their permanent team. This is a varied, fast paced & active role, where your time will be split between office-based admin support duties & also supporting production teams with picking of parts for assembly, alongside completing stock control & traceability duties.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated & active person looking to move into a bespoke company, who have a great culture within their close-knit team & who are well known for the ongoing training, development & progression of their employees.

This role would suit an Administrator with experience supporting sales, customer service, warehouse or production teams looking to work for a company who are at the forefront of their industry in a varied and interesting long-term role within a passionate team.

The Role:

Office based administration support to the sales, customer service & manufacturing functions
Customer facing - dealing with enquiries & upselling of services & products
Processing orders, maintaining records, stock control, stock traceability duties, invoicing
Picking of parts for a busy production line
The Candidate:

Previous experience in an Administration support role, ideally within sales or customer service teams with high attention to detail / accuracy
Looking for a varied role combining administration & stores duties (50/50 position - physically active role)
Motivated with great work ethic, well organised & with the ability to multitask
Willingness & desire to learn & looking for ongoing training, development & progression with an industry leading company
