We’re recruiting for a growing road freight company in Bolton looking for an experienced Administrator to join their fantastic team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with transport, logistics or freight experience who wants to develop their career, with full paid training and a clear pathway into an Account Manager position.

The role
You’ll be supporting existing customers and helping to ensure their day-to-day transport movements run smoothly.
As you develop, you’ll become a key point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and delivering 10/10 customer service.
You’ll be responsible for:

* Managing customer queries and communications

* Coordinating and monitoring shipments

* Keeping customers updated throughout their movements

* Building strong, genuine customer relationships

* Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

* Identifying and resolving issues proactively

* Working closely with the wider transport team

* Taking ownership and seeing tasks through from start to finish

What are we looking for?
Ideally, you’ll have 2+ years’ experience within transport, logistics or freight.
We’re looking for someone with:

* Excellent organisation and time management

* A confident telephone manner

* Strong customer service skills

* A proactive, positive attitude

* The ability to manage multiple priorities

* Great relationship-building skills

* A genuine desire to learn, progress and earn more
