The Best Connection is currently recruiting an Administrator/Warehouse Operative for an ongoing role, joining a busy and well-established pharmaceutical company in York.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
09:00 - 17:30
37.5 hours per week

Pay Rate

£12.71 per hour

Key Responsibilities

General office administration duties
Creating, managing, and responding to emails
Accurate data entry and record keeping
Filing and document organisation
Delivering a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Previous administration experience (essential)
Experience working in a busy office and warehouse environment
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Ability to use initiative and make decisions independently
Proven experience in:
Customer service
Diary management
Preparing quotes and invoices
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail
