This is a pivotal, full-time role where you'll be instrumental in shaping our school's future by ensuring we operate at full capacity. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective families, making a lasting positive impression and guiding them through a seamless admissions journey.

As our Admissions Officer, you'll manage the entire admissions pipeline, from initial enquiry to student enrolment. Your key focus will be on converting interest into registrations and fostering strong, lasting relationships with prospective parents and pupils.

• Be a Recruitment Champion: Actively drive pupil recruitment, building rapport with families and showcasing the unique benefits of Westholme.

• Admissions Process Ownership: Seamlessly manage all stages of admissions: enquiries, school tours, applications, assessments, offers, and enrolment.

• Relationship Architect: Cultivate inclusive, long-term relationships with prospective families, ensuring swift, personalised communication.

• Event Leader: Play a crucial role in planning and executing high-impact admissions events like Open Mornings, Taster Days, and Scholarship Assessments (some evening/weekend work required).

• Data Driven: Utilise our database to track progress, analyse trends, and provide strategic insights to the Senior Leadership Team.

• Ambassador for Excellence: Articulate Westholme's position as a leading educational institution, embodying our ethos in every interaction.
