About the Role
In the Safeguarding Team, you'll play a crucial role in protecting adults at risk. Your responsibilities will include:

• Triaging all adult safeguarding concerns received by the council

• Conducting safeguarding enquiries under Section 42 of the Care Act 2014

• Managing Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) cases

• Providing strategic and operational advice on safeguarding matters

• Collaborating with partner agencies to ensure a coordinated response

About You
We're seeking Social Workers who:

• Have in-depth knowledge of safeguarding legislation and procedures

• Are experienced in conducting complex safeguarding enquiries

• Can provide expert advice and support to colleagues and partners

• Are committed to promoting the safety and wellbeing of adults at risk
