Adults Brokerage Admin Support Officer

Adults Brokerage Admin Support Officer - Salary - Grade 4 – £35,520 to £38,739 per annum (pro rata for part-time hours), subject to final confirmation.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Adults Brokerage Admin Support Officer, you will:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Brokerage Team.
• Manage shared team inboxes, responding to enquiries and prioritising urgent matters.
• Maintain accurate records and update information within council systems, including Liquidlogic Adult Social Care.
• Act as a key contact for care providers, personal assistants, internal teams, and external partners.
• Keep records of residential and nursing bed vacancies, including emergency placements.
• Monitor and maintain provider contract documentation and filing systems.
• Prepare reports, maintain performance data, and support auditing and quality assurance activities.
• Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and monitor agreed actions.
• Assist with newsletters, provider communications, and service updates.
• Support staff induction processes and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all information is handled securely and in line with data protection and confidentiality requirements.
