Adults MASh Social Worker

We’re recruiting an experienced Adult MASH Social Worker to join a fast-paced, multi-agency team supporting vulnerable adults through effective risk management, timely decision-making, and partnership working.

This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, with office attendance required for up to 3 days per week, helping you achieve a better work-life balance while remaining connected to a supportive service.

The Role Includes:

Screening and responding to adult safeguarding referrals
Making proportionate threshold decisions in line with the Care Act 2014 and safeguarding guidance
Working collaboratively with police, health professionals, housing teams, and partner agencies
Completing risk assessments and identifying appropriate safeguarding interventions
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring high standards of practice
Supporting timely access to the right services for adults at risk 
What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Social Worker
Active Social Work England (SWE) registration
Experience in Adult Safeguarding, MASH, Front Door, or Duty teams
Strong understanding of safeguarding processes, risk assessment, and the Care Act 2014
Confident communication and sound professional judgement
