Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including physical exams and patient histories.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices.

Provide preventive care services, including health education and immunizations.

Qualifications:

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or equivalent.
Current registration and licensure as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Board certification from a recognized professional body (e.g., ANCC, AANP).
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in primary care or a related field.
Strong clinical skills in diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of health conditions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
