Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Consultant Social Worker to join its client’s Family Help Team in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity to lead and support a team of Outreach Family Support Workers, delivering high-quality Early Help services to children and families.
Working within a strengths-based framework, you will provide reflective supervision, promote child-centred practice, and work collaboratively with partner agencies to improve outcomes for children and young people.

What will your responsibilities be?
As a Consultant Social Worker, you will supervise and support a team of Outreach Family Support Workers delivering high-quality Early Help and home-based interventions to children and families. You will provide reflective case supervision that promotes effective decision-making, professional development, and positive outcomes for children and young people.
Working with a strengths-based, child-centred approach, you will ensure families receive coordinated support through effective multi-agency partnership working. You will also maintain high standards of practice, ensuring assessments, interventions, and recording are completed in line with statutory guidance and local procedures.
You will provide practice leadership within the service, support staff development, contribute to quality assurance activities, and help drive continuous improvement across Early Help interventions and family support services.
