The Role

As part of the MASH Team, you will be responsible for screening contacts, gathering information, assessing risk, and supporting effective safeguarding decisions. You will work closely with partner agencies to ensure children receive the right support at the right time.

Your duties will include:

Managing contacts and safeguarding referrals

*

Reviewing information from partner agencies

*

Completing information requests and probation checks

*

Attending and contributing to strategy discussions

*

Assessing risk and making timely recommendations

*

Maintaining accurate and detailed records

Working Arrangements

Successful candidates will initially work full-time from the office during induction. Once established within the team and familiar with local processes, hybrid working will be available with up to 2 days working from home per week.

What We're Looking For

Qualified Social Worker

*

Social Work England registered

*

Strong safeguarding and child protection experience

*

Excellent assessment and analytical skills

*

Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

*

Previous MASH experience is highly desirable
