We are the market leading publisher in these areas with an established series of events, magazines that reach the entire market and an award-winning editorial team.
We are looking for a Delegate & Advertising Telesales Executive.
The successful candidate will work across all brands selling event places at our circa 30 events or advertising in our 7 magazines This is a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking, ambitious, driven individual with previous B2 B sales experience who excels at conducting sales over the phone, who is not shy in coming forward, and who wants to work within an ambitious commercial environment for a publishing and events company.
Responsibilities include: Proactively sell delegate places across all brands Proactively sell advertising across all brands Conduct daily telesales activity ensuring KPI's are achieved and exceeded Daily management and maintenance of sales call lists and records, ensuring qualified sales leads including past attendees are continuously nurtured and converted into sales Identifying potential leads with Marketing converting inbound sales enquiries into delegate sales and working with the editorial and marketing manager to develop an understanding of the event programme Maintain active customer relationships through regular and consistent engagement, demonstrating your market knowledge and product expertise Provide a professional level of customer service through handling of initial enquires to confirmation of booking and payment Requirements: You will have at least 2+ years’ experience in sales ideally with exposure to event sales market.
A driven individual who is able to work on their own initiative and a constant achiever Experience with Hub Spot, or similar, CRM Previous B2 B sales experience across B2 B events Confident in selling to senior managers, directors and C- level individuals Excellent communication skills A team player who is willing and able to thrive in a creative commercial environments
