Aerospace Deburrer

A long established Aerospace company in Verwood, Dorset is looking to recruit an experienced Deburrer.

Responsibilities:

Deburring and cleaning precision machined components to customer requirements using pneumatic and held hand tools

- Ensuring components are deburred to customer requirements
- Self inspection of work using 10x magnification and borescope equipment
- Cleaning components using ultrasonic equipment
- Ensure all components/transportation boxes are FOD free before passing to final inspection
- Keeping work area clean and tidy in line with 5s methodology
- Completion of paperwork to ensure traceability is maintained at all times

Essential:

• Experience of working within an AS9100 accredited organization, or equivalent
• Skilled in using various hand held finishing tools

The Work Environment:

This is a fast paced machining environment, working to tight aerospace tolerances.

You will be working within a first class manufacturing facility who produce in a well organised structured working environment.

Salary:

£15.00 per hour depending on skills and experience

Weekly Hours:

Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4pm & 7:30am - 12.30pm Friday (39 basic)

25 days paid holiday per year plus paid bank holiday.
