Description

Experienced Java Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Java technologies, solution design, and team leadership, along with a good understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem to support integrations and business process automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications and services.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Define application architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards of quality, performance, and security.
Support application modernization, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Support Power Platform Apps.
Mentor developers and drive technical excellence within the team.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and RESTful APIs.
Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.
Experience with SQL databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle, and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support experience.
Experience leading development teams and managing technical delivery.
Understanding/ Experience in Power Platform
