Cosmetic Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a highly respected, independent advanced skin clinic in Fitzrovia, Central London. We're looking for skilled and experienced Aesthetician's to join a team that delivers tailored, science-led skin treatments in a luxury setting.

Location: Central London (Fitzrovia)
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: 4 long days per week (40 hours, some weekends required)
Salary: £28,000 £34,000 depending on experience

About the Role

You'll work closely with a team of advanced skin professionals, delivering personalised facial treatments using cutting-edge technology and results-driven skincare. Clients include professionals from the beauty, fashion, and media industries who value expertise, discretion, and visible results.

Treatment Offerings Include

• Advanced bespoke facials

• LED therapy

• Microneedling

• Peels and resurfacing treatments

• Laser rejuvenation: ND-YAG, IPL, AFT, NIR, iPixel

• Sculpting, lymphatic, and gua sha facial massage

Candidate Profile

• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (minimum)

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in skin clinics or luxury beauty environments

• NVQ Level 4 Laser qualification is highly desirable

• In-depth understanding of cosmeceuticals, skin anatomy, and treatment plans.
• Strong communication and consultation skills

• Well-presented, professional, and client-focused

• Able to work collaboratively in a discreet, high-performing team
