My client is looking for a performance-driven affiliate marketing professional who is passionate about expanding brand visibility in Turkey’s booming sports betting and casino scene. Join them as an Affiliate Executive and leverage your expertise in Telegram marketing, social partnerships, and influencer outreach to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will collaborate with top tipsters, influencers, and digital agencies and make data-driven decisions with real-time performance insights.

The successful candidate will speak both Turkish and English fluently and have the right to work in the UK permanently (contractors will not be considered).

The Role:
Partnership Development:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard Telegram affiliates, tipsters, and social influencers
• Negotiate deals and optimise affiliate agreements for maximum ROI

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

• Design targeted affiliate marketing campaigns tailored to Telegram’s unique ecosystem
• Expand acquisition-focused strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

• Track campaign KPIs—engagement, conversions, new user acquisition—and deliver actionable insights

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Align with brand, acquisition, and social media teams to ensure cohesive messaging and objectives

Social Media Planning:

• Develop performance-driven content calendars focused on user growth and retention

Innovation & Optimisation:

• Monitor emerging social trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
• Proactively suggest improvements to affiliate structures and campaign creatives

Customer Acquisition Focus:

• Drive high-quality lead generation through Telegram bots, chat groups, and integrated social campaigns

The Person:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in the gambling industry (sports betting & casino)
• At least 1 year in a social media or affiliate role—agency or in-house—demonstrating acquisition success
• Deep understanding of Telegram marketing, social affiliate networks, and influencer engagement
• Proven track record creating performance-driven social media calendars and affiliate strategies
• Turkish speaker with excellent written and verbal English skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and optimise campaign data
• Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organised—able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
