A well-known UK retail brand is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to join its Performance Marketing team; this is a hands-on role for someone who can confidently own the affiliate channel, from planning through to performance. You'll be responsible for managing all affiliate activity, with a strong focus on commercial performance and publisher relationships, and you'll be joining a collaborative team - if this sounds like the role for you, read on!

THE ROLE
You'll sit within the wider performance marketing team, reporting into an Assistant Manager. Day to day, you'll manage publisher relationships across cashback, voucher and content partners. You'll plan activity throughout the year, working closely with networks and partners to make sure it lands. You'll also track and report on performance using tools like Excel and GA. There's significant budget to play with during Q4, particularly around Black Friday, so forward planning and commercial thinking is essential. The affiliate channel is well-established, but there's scope to grow and shape what comes next, especially in content and loyalty partnerships!

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Affiliate marketing experience - either standalone or as part of a broader digital role
• Good communication skills and the ability to build strong partnerships
