The Performance Marketing team is responsible for the direct marketing channels SEA, paid social, affiliate, programmatic, and SEO. This means the team plays a key role in the growth strategy and continuously contributes to new customer acquisition. The team's goal is to raise awareness of our products and convince potential customers of us along the funnel. Our mission is to support all dog and cat owners in keeping their four-legged family members healthy.

Tasks

You will be responsible for our Affiliate Marketing programs on the platforms AWIN and Finance Ads. Here you will be finding and onboarding new partners, activting partnerships and developing partner relationsships with different actions (e.g. sales ralleys, promotions). Your role is key to building strong relationships with different partners throughout the affiliate platform environment. Specifically:

• Development, implementation, and optimization of affiliate marketing strategies to increase reach and revenue
• Support and expansion of existing affiliate partnerships and identification of new cooperation opportunities, including negotiation of commission models, terms, and customized campaigns (e.g., content and display)
• Digital Campaign planning and Execution while keeping an eye on brand integrity and compliance
• Analysis and monitoring of affiliate programs based on relevant KPIs (conversion rate, ROI, CLV, etc.) as well as maintenance of affiliate networks and continuous optimization of affiliate network programs
• Close collaboration with internal teams (e.g., content, SEA, SEO, social media) to maximize campaign success
• Preparation of regular reports and derivation of data-based recommendations for action
