About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our affiliate marketing programme.
 

You’ll drive growth by recruiting new affiliates, optimising performance, managing relationships, and using data insights to scale results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own, develop, and grow the affiliate marketing programme, with a focus on continuous improvement and hitting key performance metrics
• Recruit, onboard, and build strong relationships with new and existing publishers and affiliates
• Negotiate competitive rates, commission structures, and partnership terms to maximise ROI
• Use Awin’s platform and market insights to monitor affiliate performance and uncover growth opportunities
• Analyse campaign data and produce performance reports with actionable recommendations
• Implement strategies that align with company KPIs and overall growth goals
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure affiliate campaigns support broader marketing and sales strategies
• As the programme expands, take the lead in building and managing a dedicated affiliate marketing team

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience managing affiliate marketing programmes (essential)
• Strong hands-on experience with the Awin platform (essential)
• Proven success in affiliate recruitment, negotiation, and relationship management
• Data-driven mindset — able to analyse performance metrics and optimise based on insights
• B2C sector experience (e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or similar fast-paced environment preferred)
• Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
• A degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Russell Group university background preferred, but not essential)
