About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic, results-focused Affiliate Marketing Manager to take ownership of our affiliate marketing program. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about building partnerships that drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of affiliate partnerships across major platforms (e.g., Awin, Impact, CJ, ShareASale)

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners including content creators, influencers, and strategic publishers

• Develop compelling commission structures, exclusive promotions, and incentives to boost partner engagement

• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing actionable insights to maximize ROI

• Work cross-functionally with internal teams on creative, tracking, and campaign alignment

• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and guard against fraud or non-compliant activity

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, either agency- or client-side

• Deep familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms, attribution models, and partner ecosystems

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and nurturing partnerships

• A data-savvy mindset with experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar

• Bonus: Exposure to integrating affiliate activity into broader digital media strategies
