You’re our Affiliate Marketing Manager! You’ll play a key role in supercharging our clients’ growth through smart, strategic partnerships. You’re someone who lives and breathes performance marketing, knows how to hustle, and isn’t afraid to shake things up.
You’ll be the driving force behind our clients’ affiliate programs, building high impact relationships with publishers, influencers, and media partners to drive real revenue. You’ll spot opportunities others miss, optimise like a pro, and always keep one eye on the bigger commercial picture.
What your role looks like in practice
Here’s an overview of your responsibilities and the tasks that you’re expected to do as part of your role:
Build and nurture relationships with affiliate partners, influencers, and media networks. Keep them engaged, motivated, and ready to champion our clients.
Oversee day-to-day affiliate operations, including tracking applications, approving partners, and ensuring campaigns launch and run smoothly.
Analyse performance data to spot trends, optimise campaigns, and make informed decisions that drive revenue and ROI.
Mentor and guide junior team members on campaign management, reporting, and partner communications to foster growth and best practices.
Collaborate across teams and with clients to ensure clear communication, strong retention, and alignment with broader marketing goals.
Forecast results and manage budgets for affiliate programs, ensuring campaigns meet targets efficiently and deliver maximum ROI.
Produce detailed performance reports that highlight results, uncover opportunities, and inform senior leadership decisions.
Bring forward new ideas and improvements to enhance affiliate programs and integrate them effectively into clients’ wider marketing mix.
Bonus: Experience with affiliate network tracking and product feed optimisation.
What we need from you
A degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is nice to have but we’re more interested in your attitude and hunger to learn than your qualifications on paper. Experience in affiliate marketing is required for this role.
You’re a natural communicator and relationship builder. You ask great questions, solve problems on the fly, and know how to keep things moving. Analytical mindset? Even better.
Familiar with platforms like Awin, Webgains, CJ, Rakuten or TikTok Shop? Great.
You’re proactive, switched on, and ready to take ownership. You thrive in a fast-paced team and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to make things happen.
