Affiliate Tech Lead (Informatica Customer 360 - MDM)

Job Title: Tech Lead (Informatica Customer 360 - MDM)
Location: Cardiff/Remote (1-2 days a week on Site)
Contract Length: 6 months (Starting ASAP)
Day Rate: Up to £600p/d

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Informatica Customer 360 (MDM), including data modeling, integration, and stewardship workflows.
• Architect and optimise customer data flows across multiple systems, ensuring high data quality, consistency, and governance.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define data mastering rules and match/merge strategies.
• Provide hands-on leadership during development, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring adherence to architecture standards.
• Drive performance tuning and scalability improvements for high-volume customer data environments.
• Create and maintain solution documentation, data dictionaries, and integration specifications.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers and analysts working on MDM-related initiatives.
• Bring deep knowledge of MDM best practices, customer hierarchy management, and Informatica platform components (IDQ, EDC, Axon, etc.).
