After Sales Development Co-ordinator

Package: £26,300 (excluding commission and bonus)

I am recruiting for an Aftermarket Sales Development Co-ordinator on behalf of my client, a well-established industrial solutions provider. This role is ideal for someone with a background in sales support, customer service, or aftermarket coordination, who is looking to grow within a dynamic and international business environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the export sales team, managing customer enquiries, and helping to drive aftermarket sales through proactive engagement and efficient administration.

• Process customer orders and respond to enquiries.
• Promote aftermarket spares and services.
• Support sales campaigns and follow up on quotations.
• Maintain accurate records in line with ISO standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify sales opportunities.

• Experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001/2000 standards is desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
