Your Mission
As our new After sales Manager you’ll be the driving force behind taking our service operation to the next level.

• Strengthen engagement with customers and partners across the UK, Ireland & Scandinavia
• Boost service performance and satisfaction
• Champion the connection between service, sales & marketing
• Deliver on agreed KPIs and continuously improve our service offering

What You Bring
• A growth mindset and entrepreneurial drive
• Strong technical sales or service experience (capital equipment ideal)
• A passion for customer satisfaction and performance excellence
• High energy, responsiveness and problem-solving ability
• Experience with CRM, service ticketing, online parts ordering & database tools
• Leadership skills with a coaching mindset
• Flexibility, positivity and adaptability in a dynamic environment
