As part of a close-knit team, you'll play a key part in delivering world-class aftersales support while working in partnership with technical and product support teams across the UK.

This role would suit an Engineer or Supervisor from a Heavy Mechanical background, looking to step into a leadership position for a globally renowned business.

The Role -

• Supervise and support Field Service Engineers across job scheduling, performance, and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate aftersales activities including spare parts, warranty returns, logistics, and site visits
• Conduct site-specific safety checks and provide field support for technical or safety-related issues

The Candidate

• Background in Plant, Agricultural, Construction, or Heavy Machinery industries
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience desirable
• Service or technical experience
