After Sales Support

Our client is experiencing a very busy period and would like additional customer service support from a candidate who ideally has after aftersales experience.

Supporting both B2B and B2C customers you will be receiving emails, investigating and opening cases to find resolutions. This includes warranty claims, troubleshooting, customer support, and managing service-related enquiries with positivity and care.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage daily communication with business customers and consumers via email and at times telephone.
Handle B2B and B2C customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions while ensuring proper follow-up until resolution.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers through proactive and transparent communication.
Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and provide accurate support.
Collect and share relevant quality and product feedback with international teams to support continuous improvement.
Provide daily administrative and operational support for various office activities.
Deliver a high level of customer care by going the extra mile to create a positive experience for B2C & B2B customers

Working hours

Monday to Friday
8.30/9am – 4.30/5pm – 37.5 hours per week

Salary

£13.85 - £14.80 per hour depending on experience
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
