After Sales Technical Administrator

Technical Support | Warranty Administration | Aftersales | Engineering
We are looking for an experienced After Sales Technical Administrator to join a growing technical and customer support function.
This is a varied role combining technical support, warranty administration, spare parts coordination and dealer support. You will act as an important link between customers, dealers, engineering, logistics and internal departments, helping resolve technical issues while ensuring warranty claims and aftersales processes are managed accurately and efficiently.
The position would suit someone with a background in automotive, engineering, machinery, technical service or aftersales who enjoys both problem-solving and administration.
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting the full aftersales process, from handling technical enquiries and warranty claims through to spare parts orders, dealer support and product issue management.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone with a combination of technical understanding and strong administration skills.
·At least 3 years' experience within service, aftersales, warranty or technical support.
·Previous experience within an automotive, engineering, machinery or technical environment.
·Experience working within a workshop, technical support or service environment would be advantageous.
·Previous warranty administration experience would be highly beneficial.
·Strong technical problem-solving skills.
·The ability to understand technical manuals, drawings and diagnostic information.
·Experience using CRM or ERP systems.
·SAP experience would be advantageous.
·Strong organisational and administrative skills.
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·Confidence communicating with dealers, customers, suppliers and internal departments.
