Job Title: After Care Engineer - Construction
Sector: Garden Rooms / Self Build
Location: M25 Circular - South East Coverage
Salary: c. £45,000 + Company Van + Tools

Are you an experienced construction customer care or aftercare engineer who would enjoy working with private clients?
Are you a qualified and/or experienced carpenter?
Can you identify snags and rectify yourself and with support of sub-contractors?
This Garden Rooms specialist is growing and needs you!You will be joining an established Garden Rooms provider working across the South East. Dealing with private homeowners, strong communication skills will be essential as you co-ordinate and oversee snags on projects for private clients. This collaborative employer puts team work first and is looking for a hands-on After Care Engineer who can build relationships with their customers and put right a range of snags on newly built garden rooms.

You will come from a trade background with some experience of working within the self-build or private client construction markets. Maintaining good customer rapport will be essential in helping this business deliver customer satisfaction.

The Role:

Oversee after care and snagging on garden room projects around the South East region
Liaise with internal project management and deliver teams to understand customer profiles and requirements
Ensure any additional materials or sub contract support are arranged on time
Co-ordinate on site activity and assist with sit set ups where required
Taking responsibility for quality control and final snaggingAbout You:

An aftercare engineer with experience in managing private clients
A qualified carpenter
A team player with a commitment to quality and customer service
Collaborative working attitude in working with colleagues and external partners
Able to work alone where necessary
A willingness to 'get stuck in' when supporting a small teams on site
Experience of self-build projects and/or managing private clients is highly beneficial
